Our method

All translations are overseen by a project manager, who serves as a contact person for both the client and the translators. The project manager will supervise all of the resources – including those of a terminological and technical nature - and ensure that all of the client’s requirements are met. All projects are carried out using translation memories and terminological databases that have been specially created for the field or provided by the clients themselves. This approach allows us to offer the best possible delivery deadlines and prices for each translation and also for any future projects for the same client. We have modern IT equipment and computer-assisted translation tools such as Trados, Wordfast and MemoQ, which enable us to work directly not only with standard Microsoft Office documents but also with various types of DTP files.

Additional services

On request, we can provide sworn copies of documents for which legal certification from a law court is required. This is often necessary for passports, contracts, deeds of sale, certificates and other legal documents for use in other countries. Other services that we offer in the sphere of translation include the creation of glossaries, audio and video transcription, proofreading and copywriting. We offer desktop publishing services in the main European languages on either PC or Mac. Using software such as QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, we can translate and lay out documents of all kinds, including technical manuals, catalogues, books, newsletters, leaflets, newspapers, magazines and advertisements. We are able to provide a final product that is ready to be printed.
